Billing Terms

These Billing Terms govern purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, credits, and payment-related matters for Guided Days. These Billing Terms supplement the Guided Days Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between these Billing Terms and the Terms of Service, these Billing Terms control for billing-related matters unless applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Plans and Pricing
Guided Days may offer:
- recurring subscription plans;
- one-time purchases;
- expert-support plans;
- promotional offers, credits, discounts, or free trials.
Current pricing, billing intervals, included features, and any applicable usage limits are shown at checkout or in the relevant plan page.
We may update pricing, plan structure, features, or eligibility prospectively. If required by law, we will give advance notice before a material price change affecting an existing subscription takes effect.
3. Payment Authorization
By purchasing a plan or feature, you authorize Guided Days and/or our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for:
- the amount shown at checkout;
- applicable taxes, fees, and processor-required adjustments disclosed at checkout;
- recurring renewal charges for subscription plans until you cancel; and
- charges for add-ons, upgrades, or other purchases you authorize.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
4. Recurring Billing and Auto-Renewal
If you purchase a subscription, your subscription renews automatically for the same billing interval unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- monthly plans renew monthly;
- annual plans renew annually; and
- charges are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
If payment cannot be collected, we may retry the charge, suspend paid access, downgrade your plan, or cancel your subscription.
5. Immediate Access to Digital Services
By purchasing a paid plan, digital feature, or other digital service and requesting access immediately after purchase, you expressly request immediate performance of digital services.
Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that immediate access may reduce or end any statutory withdrawal right that would otherwise apply after purchase.
6. Taxes
Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of taxes depending on your location and checkout flow. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, exchange-related costs, and similar charges, except to the extent Guided Days is legally required to collect and remit them.
7. Free Trials, Promotions, and Credits
Guided Days may offer free trials, promotional pricing, discounts, referral credits, or account credits.
Unless otherwise stated in the offer:
- promotions may be time-limited;
- promotions may apply only to first-time subscribers or selected plans;
- credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash;
- free trial access automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends; and
- only one promotion may apply unless we expressly state otherwise.
Guided Days may cancel or modify a promotion if required by law, in the event of abuse, or if an offer was made in error.
8. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes
If you change plans:
- upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the checkout flow;
- downgrades usually take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated; and
- pricing adjustments, credits, or proration will apply only if expressly stated at checkout or required by law.
Guided Days may add, remove, or modify plan features at any time. If a material change affects your current paid plan, we will provide notice where required by law.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [info@guideddays.com](mailto:info@guideddays.com).
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law:
- cancellation stops future renewals;
- cancellation does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred;
- you retain access through the end of the current paid billing period; and
- no prorated refund is given for unused time in a billing period.
10. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights
10.1 General Rule
Except where required by applicable law or where Guided Days expressly agrees otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
10.2 EU / EEA / UK
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for certain distance purchases of digital services.
However, where permitted by law, if you request immediate access or immediate performance and acknowledge that access begins immediately, your withdrawal right may be reduced or lost once performance begins.
10.3 Israel
If you are a consumer in Israel, you may have statutory withdrawal rights for certain distance contracts, including applicable cooling-off rights, to the extent required by law.
10.4 Brazil
If you are a consumer in Brazil, you may have a statutory 7-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, to the extent required by law.
10.5 United States and Other Jurisdictions
For users outside the jurisdictions above, refunds are provided only where required by law or where Guided Days expressly agrees otherwise.
10.6 Approved Refunds
If Guided Days approves a refund or is legally required to issue one, refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible, subject to banking, processor, and card-network timing.
11. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Fraud
If you initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal, Guided Days may:
- suspend access to the relevant paid features;
- investigate the dispute;
- provide transaction and account records to the payment processor or bank; and
- recover or offset disputed amounts, credits, refunds, or fees where permitted by law.
Guided Days may refuse service, limit purchases, or require an alternative payment method if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse of billing features.
12. Failed Payments and Delinquent Accounts
If a payment attempt fails, Guided Days may:
- retry the charge;
- notify you and request an updated payment method;
- suspend paid features;
- downgrade your account to a lower plan or free plan; or
- terminate access to paid services.
You remain responsible for unpaid charges lawfully incurred before cancellation or suspension.
13. Expert-Support Billing
If you purchase an expert-support plan, additional billing rules may apply, including rules concerning:
- session credits;
- rescheduling windows;
- missed sessions;
- no-show handling;
- plan-specific limits;
- usage tied to a billing period; and
- conversion between plan tiers.
Where plan-specific billing rules are disclosed at checkout, in a plan page, or in a client dashboard, those disclosures form part of these Billing Terms.
14. Invoices and Receipts
Where applicable, Guided Days or its payment processor may issue invoices, receipts, billing confirmations, renewal notices, and refund confirmations electronically.
You agree to receive billing-related notices electronically.
15. Changes to These Billing Terms
Guided Days may update these Billing Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where required by law.
Continued use of paid features after the effective date of updated Billing Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by law.
