1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Guided Days platform, including our website, applications, dashboards, content, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy), which is incorporated by reference.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization or another person, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization or person to these Terms.
By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, starting a paid plan, placing an order, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you agree that these Terms apply to your access to and use of the Platform, including any paid features, subscriptions, and optional expert-support features purchased through the Platform.
2. Who We Are
Autismify LLC ("Guided Days," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates Guided Days as a digital platform that helps parents and caregivers access practical routines, educational tools, self-guided resources, and optional expert-support features.
Guided Days is a technology platform. We provide software, workflows, educational materials, communication tools, and access features. We do not hold ourselves out as a hospital, clinic, medical practice, or telehealth provider.

3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may not use the Platform.
3.2 Legal Capacity
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3.3 Jurisdictional Access
The Platform is intended for use in jurisdictions where access is lawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all laws applicable to you. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in every location.
Access from jurisdictions where the Platform or its content is unlawful is prohibited.
4. Description of Services
4.1 General Platform Services
Guided Days provides:
- Self-guided tools and programs: structured educational tools, routines, and practical guidance for parents and caregivers;
- Expert connection features: a directory, matching, and connection service designed to help you find and engage with independent licensed specialists through the Platform;
- Session and communication management: tools to schedule, manage, message, and track expert-support sessions conducted through the Platform;
- Progress and routine tracking: features to log family routines, observations, goals, next steps, and related progress information.
4.2 Nature of Services
The general programs and tools provided by Guided Days are educational and informational only. They do not constitute the practice of medicine, psychology, psychiatry, licensed counseling, or any other regulated health profession.
Guided Days is a technology platform. Where you interact with an independent licensed provider through the Platform's expert-support features, that provider acts in their own independent professional capacity, and Guided Days does not itself provide clinical care or direct the substance of the provider's guidance.
4.3 Service Availability
We strive to maintain the Platform's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material discontinuations where practicable.
4.4 Expert Support Features
Certain plans may include written reviews, asynchronous messaging, live video sessions, follow-up materials, or related expert-support features. These features are offered through the Platform to help parents and caregivers receive additional practical guidance and support. Unless expressly stated otherwise in separate written terms, such features are offered by independent providers through the Platform, not by Guided Days as therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
5. Important Health Disclaimer

5.1 Not a Medical Service
THE GUIDED DAYS PLATFORM IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, MEDICAL SERVICE, OR SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, OR PSYCHIATRIC CARE. Content available through our self-guided programs is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
5.2 Emergency Situations

5.3 Expert Interactions and Platform Role
Where you interact with a provider through the Platform, that provider exercises independent professional judgment. Guided Days does not direct or supervise the substance of that provider's guidance. Any provider-client relationship, including provider-created notes, recommendations, assessments, or other provider-generated materials, is between you and your provider.
Guided Days acts as the operator of the technical platform and may process session metadata, progress data, messages, family-profile information, platform-generated outputs, and other sensitive information in order to operate and improve the Platform. Providers who use the Platform do so in their individual professional capacity. They are not employees of Guided Days and do not act as our agents for professional-service purposes. Guided Days facilitates the connection, manages the infrastructure, and processes associated data as described in the Privacy Policy, but does not assume liability for independent professional decisions made by providers.
5.4 Your Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
- You use the Platform at your own risk;
- You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about mental or physical health;
- The Platform does not replace a relationship with a licensed professional.
6. Account Registration and Security
6.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information updated.
6.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
- use a strong, unique password;
- enable multi-factor authentication where offered; and
- notify us immediately at [info@guideddays.com](mailto:info@guideddays.com) if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
6.3 One Account per Person
Each account is for one individual only. You may not share accounts or allow others to access the Platform using your credentials.
7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
7.1 Pricing
Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
7.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). By providing payment information, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing interval until canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.
7.3 Taxes
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and levies imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Platform.
7.4 Refunds and Statutory Withdrawal Rights
EU / EEA and UK consumers: Subject to your statutory rights, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital services, unless delivery has commenced with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.
Israel: You have withdrawal rights in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, including a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts for digital services, to the extent applicable.
Brazil: You have a 7-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase or receipt, pursuant to the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC, Law No. 8,078/1990).
USA: Refunds for U.S. users are provided at our discretion, except where required by applicable state law. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
All users: We will process any applicable refund within 14 days of a valid request where required by law or where we approve a refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for misuse of the Platform.
7.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except as required by applicable law.
7.6 Immediate Access to Digital Services
If you purchase a paid plan, digital feature, or other digital service and request immediate access to it, you expressly request that performance begin immediately after purchase. Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that once immediate access or performance begins, your statutory withdrawal right may be reduced or lost.
7.7 Checkout Terms
At checkout, we may require you to confirm plan details, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and any jurisdiction-specific withdrawal or refund terms. Those checkout disclosures form part of these Terms.
7.8 Failed Payments and Plan Changes
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend paid features, downgrade your plan, or cancel access to paid services.
We may change prices, plan structures, included features, or billing terms prospectively. If required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice before a price change or material subscription change takes effect.
8. User Content and Conduct
8.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Guided Days a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Platform. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, subject to data retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Content Standards
You agree that your User Content and your conduct on the Platform will not:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- infringe any intellectual property rights of any third party;
- contain false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful information;
- include personal or identifying information of others without their consent;
- contain viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
- constitute harassment, abuse, discrimination, or hate speech;
- impersonate any person or entity; or
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
8.3 Our Rights Regarding Content
We reserve the right to remove, refuse, or disable access to any User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice and without liability to you. We are not obligated to monitor User Content, but we may do so.
8.4 Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into our products and services without obligation to you.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform that is not User Content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the property of Guided Days or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform Content, except:
- your personal device may temporarily store copies for display purposes; and
- you may print or download one copy for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the material or remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
9.2 Trademarks
"Guided Days" and associated logos are trademarks of Autismify LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
9.3 DMCA / Copyright Notices
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [info@guideddays.com](mailto:info@guideddays.com) including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing content and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (f) your signature.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is subject to our [Privacy Policy](/privacy-policy), which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, Israeli privacy law, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10.1 Our Privacy Role
To the extent applicable under relevant law, Guided Days acts as the primary controller, operator, database owner, holder, or business responsible for personal information processed through the Platform, except where applicable law or a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
10.2 GDPR / EEA / UK
To the extent the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, Guided Days is the data controller for personal data and special-category data processed through the Platform for Platform operation, account management, security, communications, billing, analytics, and product improvement. Where we engage processors or subprocessors, we use appropriate contractual safeguards.
10.3 LGPD (Brazil)
To the extent the LGPD applies, Guided Days acts as the controlador for personal data processed through the Platform and will honor rights available under applicable Brazilian law, subject to lawful limitations.
10.4 Israel
To the extent Israeli privacy law applies, Guided Days acts as the database owner and holder responsible for databases maintained through the Platform, subject to applicable law.
10.5 CCPA / CPRA
To the extent California law applies, Guided Days acts as a business for personal information processed through the Platform. We do not sell personal information for third-party marketing purposes.
10.6 Sensitive Information Processing
The Platform may process sensitive or health-related information you voluntarily provide, including family-profile information, progress logs, notes, session-related information, messages, and information shared with providers via the Platform. By using the Platform, you explicitly consent to this processing for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy where such consent is required by law. You may withdraw consent by contacting [privacy@guideddays.com](mailto:privacy@guideddays.com), subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy.
10.7 No Data Sale
Guided Days does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or sensitive data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data may be used for research, product improvement, analytics, and security, provided it cannot reasonably be used to re-identify you.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content, including providers' own websites and payment processors. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with third parties are governed by those parties' terms and policies.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
- defects will be corrected;
- the Platform or servers are free of viruses or harmful components; or
- the results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
Jurisdiction note: Some jurisdictions, including certain EU member states, Brazil, and Israel, do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties for consumers. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law, and you may have additional statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 General Limitation
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Guided Days, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill;
- personal injury or property damage; or
- damages arising from your reliance on information obtained through the Platform,
arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13.2 Cap on Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to Guided Days in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD $100.
13.3 Jurisdiction-Specific Rules
- EU / EEA consumers: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under EU consumer law.
- UK consumers: Section 13 does not apply to the extent prohibited by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
- Israeli consumers: These limitations do not apply to the extent prohibited by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, or the Standard Contracts Law, 5743-1982.
- Brazilian consumers: Limitations of liability do not override mandatory rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC).
14. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Guided Days, Autismify LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
- your violation of these Terms;
- your User Content;
- your use or misuse of the Platform;
- your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or
- your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
This Section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit any non-waivable consumer protections.
15. Termination
15.1 By You
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [info@guideddays.com](mailto:info@guideddays.com) or through in-app settings where available. Account closure remains subject to our data retention obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.
15.2 By Us
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if:
- you violate these Terms;
- we are required to do so by law;
- your conduct poses a risk to other users, providers, third parties, or the Platform; or
- we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or misuse of paid features.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide prior notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before termination.
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Sections 5, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, and this Section 15.3.
15.4 Data on Account Closure
We will handle your data upon account closure in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention, security, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction apply, in which case those mandatory provisions prevail.
16.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [info@guideddays.com](mailto:info@guideddays.com) and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
16.3 Arbitration for U.S. Users
For users located in the United States, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.
YOU AND GUIDED DAYS WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [info@guideddays.com](mailto:info@guideddays.com) with the subject line Arbitration Opt-Out.
16.4 EU / EEA and UK Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may bring a dispute in the courts of your country of residence to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to take away mandatory consumer rights available in your jurisdiction.
16.5 Israel
If you are a consumer in Israel, mandatory rights and remedies available under Israeli law remain unaffected. Disputes may be brought before competent courts where required by applicable law.
16.6 Brazil
If you are a consumer in Brazil, mandatory rights and remedies available under Brazilian law remain unaffected. Disputes may be brought before competent Brazilian courts or consumer protection bodies where required by applicable law.
17. Supplemental Terms for Specific Jurisdictions
17.1 European Union / EEA
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by contract. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and mandatory rights under applicable local law, the mandatory local law prevails.
17.2 United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the UK, mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection legislation apply and prevail to the extent required by law.
17.3 Israel
If you are a consumer in Israel, mandatory rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the Standard Contracts Law, 5743-1982, and other applicable Israeli law apply and prevail to the extent required by law.
17.4 Brazil
If you are a consumer in Brazil, mandatory rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the Brazilian Civil Code, and other applicable Brazilian law apply and prevail to the extent required by law.
17.5 California
If you are a California resident, rights available under the CCPA/CPRA and other applicable California law apply as described in our Privacy Policy and to the extent required by law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
- update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document;
- provide notice by email, in-app notice, or other prominent notice where reasonably practicable; and
- obtain fresh consent where required by applicable law.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if applicable, cancel your subscription and close your account before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
